College and Career Week at CCPA is coming up this October as a new annual event. This week brings together community partners and resources for CCPA students to help them in preparing for life after earning their high school diploma and graduating high school.
Workshops and presentations will help students learn more about financial literacy, job opportunities and college applications. At this year’s event, we have partnered with resources and community partners such as the EDD, Working Wardrobes, Ready SET OC, Santa Ana College and Saddleback College.
Our community resource specialist is working diligently to also provide students with resources supporting student mental health and wellness. Resources will be available to students and families participating at events, but are also available to students when needed by contacting their teacher. At CCPA, staff and teachers try to provide students with as much resources as they can to help support students in their academic achievement and goals.
